How do I book my transfer?

Select your pick-up point (PMI, hotel or address), destination, date and time, and complete the form. You will receive instant confirmation by email.

Are the prices fixed?

Yes. The price is fixed per vehicle and confirmed in your booking email. There are no hidden fees and no night/holiday surcharges.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor flights arriving at Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) and adjust your pick-up time if there is a delay. You won’t lose your transfer due to a flight delay.

How do I contact my driver?

Yes. Each booking reserves a private taxi for your group only (up to 1–4 passengers). No sharing with other travellers and no intermediate stops unless you request them.

Can I book a return transfer?

Yes. You can book PMI → destination, destination → PMI, or a return transfer in the same booking (subject to availability).

Do you pick up from hotels or addresses too?

Yes. We can pick you up at your hotel or address. The driver usually checks in at reception and will notify you by phone or WhatsApp upon arrival.

How do you set the pick-up time for hotel → airport?

Add your flight number and departure time. We propose and confirm your pick-up time based on distance and conditions. In summer, it’s usually recommended to arrive at PMI 2–2.5 hours before departure (sometimes up to ~3 hours).

How long will the driver wait at the meeting point?

Your driver tracks your flight and understands that passport control and baggage reclaim can take time. We do not charge waiting surcharges — stay at the Meeting Point/Column 5 and use the contact details in your confirmation to keep us updated.

How much luggage can I bring?

There are no luggage surcharges — items just need to fit safely in the boot. As a guide: up to 3–4 medium suitcases, or 2 large suitcases plus small bags. Soft bags pack better than hard cases. Foldable pushchairs/buggies count towards luggage space. We do not use roof racks or external carriers. Space varies by vehicle model and number of passengers; if you are unsure, please share approximate dimensions before booking.

What about pushchairs and wheelchairs?

Foldable pushchairs/buggies and foldable wheelchairs that fit in the boot are welcome. Please mention them when booking so we can assign a suitable vehicle.

Can you carry oversized luggage or sports equipment?

We can only carry items that fit safely inside the boot. Full-size bicycles, large boards or rigid cases generally do not fit. If you are unsure, please measure the item and share approximate dimensions before booking so we can confirm.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes. Child seats are included free of charge on request. Please indicate the number and ages of children when booking so we can assign the right type.

Do you operate for late-night or early-morning arrivals?

Yes. We operate 24/7 and schedule pick-ups around your flight time or the time you need.

Do you offer 24/7 support?

Yes. We provide 24/7 support to help with your booking and coordinate pick-up on the day (WhatsApp recommended for international travellers).

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes. Reply to your confirmation email with the new details and we will update it if possible. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as you can.

What if my flight time changes (earlier or later)?

Include your flight number when booking. We monitor arrivals and adjust the pick-up time accordingly. If your airline changes the flight number, please tell us.

What payment methods do you accept?

The available payment method for your booking is shown in your confirmation email. If you need an invoice, reply to that email with your billing details.

Can I book for a group or family?

Each taxi carries up to 1–4 passengers. For larger groups, please make separate bookings for additional taxis. The price is per vehicle and shown before you confirm.
