Although every child is different, this is the guide we use to equip our vehicles:

If your little one is very tall for their age or weighs more than usual, write it in the notes. We prefer to bring a higher-tier seat so they are comfortable and, above all, safe.

📝 How to request the seat when booking (step by step)

1. In the form: look for the section “Baby / Child seats”.
2. Select quantity: you can request up to 2 seats per vehicle.
3. Notes (very important): write something like: “2-year-old child (15 kg) and 6-month-old baby”.
   This way we ensure we bring the correct seat and that the assigned car has the necessary space.
4. Stroller / extra luggage: if you are carrying a folding stroller or another large item, indicate it in the luggage guide to assign real trunk space.

Mallorca is ideal for families, but for safety, there are clear limits.

• Do you need 3 or more seats? In most standard cars, 3 seats cannot be installed comfortably. Write to us via WhatsApp before booking: you might need a 5–7 seater minivan or two vehicles. Groups and seats .
• Large stroller: if it is not an “umbrella” type, it counts as a large item in the trunk.

Are the seats clean and in good condition?
Yes. We check and clean the seats regularly. Safety = anchoring + condition + hygiene.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
Don’t worry. We do flight tracking , so the driver will wait for you with the seats already installed.

Can I bring my own seat?
Yes. Just let us know so we can account for that extra item (especially on the return trip). Even so, most prefer to use ours to travel lighter.
