✅ Before you book: what you’ll need

To do it in 2 minutes, have this ready:

✈️ Flight number and time (arrival or departure).
🏨 Exact hotel/address (for large hotels: “reception / main entrance”).
👥 Exact passenger count.
🧳 Real luggage details (number + approx. size).
👶 If there are kids, ages (and seat type if needed).

🧭 Step 1: Trip Details (trip type, destination, date, passengers)

1) Choose the trip type

At the bottom, select:

✅ One way (one trip)
✅ Round trip (return)

Then, depending on what you need:

🛬➡️🏨 Airport → Hotel: One way + Pick up = Airport (PMI) + Drop off = area/destination
🏨➡️🛬 Hotel → Airport: One way + Pick up = area/destination + Drop off = Airport (PMI)
🔁 Round trip: Airport → Hotel + Hotel → Airport in the same booking (you fill in both legs)

2) Pick up / Drop off

3) Date and time

🔁 If it’s a Round trip, add the return date/time too.

4) Passengers

👥 Choose the number of passengers.

In “Complete your booking”, the first block is flight and address.

🛬 If your trip includes Airport → Hotel, fill in Arrival (flight number + airline).
🛫 If your trip includes Hotel → Airport, fill in Departure (flight number + airline).

Tip: if the flight number changes or there’s a major change, let us know via WhatsApp/phone so we can update it.

2) Transfer address (hotel / address)

In the address field, enter the exact point:

🏨 Hotel name (and if you can, add “reception / main entrance” for large resorts).
🏠 Full address if it’s a villa/apartment.
📝 If there’s a useful note (gate, access, complex/urbanisation), add it here.

Here you enter luggage so we can plan properly:
