🔄 What can you modify in your booking?

Almost everything is adjustable if there is enough time and availability.

1) Flight number (the most important)

If the airline changes your flight number, let us know. We use it to monitor your arrival at PMI . If the number is incorrect, we won’t be able to know if your plane is delayed.

Is there a cost to change the booking?
Normally no. Only if the zone/destination changes (different rate) or if a larger vehicle is needed. More info: payments and rates .

What if my luggage doesn’t come out and I take a long time to get to Arrivals?
No problem. If you see it’s going to take a while (Lost & Found), message us on WhatsApp so the driver knows.

Can I change the destination on the fly?
It depends on the driver’s availability (if they don’t have another immediate service). If possible, we do it; the price may vary according to the new zone.

What if I go out through another door or go to taxis/parking?
Better not: stay at the Arrivals / Meeting Point and write to us. This way we avoid missing each other and wasting time.

Can I change the passenger’s name?
Yes. If the sign should be in another name (someone else is traveling), tell us and we will update it.
