  2. Villas / apartments: we wait for you at the door of the indicated address. If the street is pedestrianized or difficult, we agree on a nearby point when booking .
  3. Large resorts: if there are several entrances, indicate in the notes something like: “Pickup at main entrance” or “Central reception”.

If you are booking for someone else, put their name (the passenger’s). They are the one who must be reachable at the pickup point.
