Hotel → PMI pickup explained: how we set the exact time, recommended airport buffer, and how to adjust if you need changes. Easy WhatsApp coordination.

The return to the airport is where most people get stressed: check-out, elevators, kids, luggage, “wait, I forgot this”… and in season, traffic can be unpredictable.
The “premium” plan is simple:

- ✅ we meet at a clear point (reception / main entrance)

🧳 Suitcases, strollers and “we’re loaded”: what you should tell us
There are no luggage surcharges, but we do need you to tell us what you’re actually bringing so we can assign the right vehicle and keep it comfortable:
- 🧳 Large suitcases
- 🎒 Backpacks
- 🍼 Baby stroller (foldable)
- ♿ Wheelchair (foldable)
- 🏄 Oversized items (big boards, bikes, rigid cases, etc.) → ask first with dimensions
Real-life tip: many people write “suitcase” and it’s actually backpacks (or the other way around). Best is to describe it as it is (number + size).
